Hopi Ear Candles
- Ear Candling or Thermal Auricular Therapy as it is technically known can be
traced back as far as 2500 BC. The best-known method is Hopi Ear candles,
which originated from the Hopi Indian tribes and then were introduced into
Europe.
The candle (made from natural linen and beeswax) is gently placed in the
outer ear and lit. The warmth and the convection created allow the
impurities to be drawn to the surface and removed.
The treatment is performed with the client lying on their side (other
methods can be used in cases of disabilities) and the candles are gentle
placed into the outer ear and lit. The warmth is calming and each ear can
take between 10-15 mins to complete depending on the person. Once both ears
have been treated a gentle face massage is given using light touch and
pressure points to encourage blood flow, drainage of sinuses and strengthen
and increase the lymph glands.

Thai Foot Therapy
- Thai Foot Massage is a unique massage of the lower legs and feet that
originated in India over 2500 years ago. As Buddhism spread out from India
this healing medicine spread with it and found its way to south East Asia.
The candle (made from natural linen and beeswax) is gently placed in the
outer ear and lit. The warmth and the convection created allow the
impurities to be drawn to the surface and removed.
Thai Foot Massage produces a deep and unique feeling of balance, relaxation
and well-being. It involves hands on stretching, massage, and stimulation of reflex points that follow Thai energy lines (SEN).
It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga
incorporated into the massage itself and is said to stimulate the activity of the internal organs.

Usui Reiki
- Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a system of natural hands-on healing involving
the laying on of hands and is thousands of years old. Usui Reiki is a very
simple, but powerful healing technique that is easily given and received by
anyone.
To benefit from Reiki you only need to be open and willing to receive the
energy.
What happens during a treatment?
A Reiki treatment is given by the therapist placing their hands on various
places on your body. Reiki healing energy moves through the healer, allowing
the free flow of energy to be channelled to you. Reiki energy has a way of
naturally flowing to the areas where it is most needed and therefore every
treatment will be different.
What will I feel?
When receiving Reiki people report many differing effects, such as increased
warmth, cold, or tingling sensations. Whatever the individual's experience,
the general beneficial effect of the treatment is the same. You should feel
relaxed and restored and have a greater feeling of well-being.
