Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 48 hours notice, or a booking fee of 50% may be applied to packages and groups. Please be aware that if you arrive late for your treatment, we may need to reduce your session time in order to keep the following client’s appointment. Very late arrival may mean your treatment is not possible.

Please advise if you are pregnant or breast feeding as some treatments may not be suitable.
